Sky box turns itself off
Webb7 sep. 2007 · I have had my Sky HD boxed replaced twice since Nov 2006 due to failed/corrupted recordings. The newest ones a brief spurt of failed recordings but seems to be doing ok now except that it turns itself off periodically. Is this normal and why does it happen? Thanks

Have you checked the Energy Saving settings eg on "Low" if you haven't changed channel etc for 90 min and it is between 11pm - 5am & 10am - 5pm the MySky HDi bow will go into standby. The reboot I meant is maybe not a fully system reboot.
