WebJul 4, 2013 · Whenever I try to start shogun 2 a little steam window pops up for a second then disappears and nothing happens. It also pops up in start manager but then disappears after a second as well. I have tried uninstalling and re-downloading the game and validating the game integrity but nothing has worked so far.
