WebHelp: General Reservations u-haul pick up change Just got a call that the closest truck/auto transporter for our reservation tomorrow is 85 miles away and not available until Saturday. Is it usual for them to offer no compensation besides increasing your allotted miles? (Which should be a given.) WebI made a reservation for a 10ft moving truck at a nearby location a few weeks ago. U-haul first changed the pick up location and now it changed the truck to a 15ft for the same price. I would like to keep the 10ft to save some gas as well as the original location. If not, I’d have to pay a ~$30 Uber to make it to the location.
