However, sometimes, the monitor would become "half black and half white": the left half of the monitor becomes completely pure white color, and the right half becomes completely pure black color.

When my main monitor is connected to my work laptop it shows fine. I’ve tried restarting both my monitor and computer and I’ve tried different ports on my graphics card as well as my monitor.
