If it's not available on Mod Assistant, it's not an MA problem, it's that the mod has not been uploaded/approved by the mod's maintainer, of which there are countless reasons for not having been done. WebI've used both Nvidia Shadowplay and OBS. OBS has been more reliable for me, so that's the one I use, but both work. thanks man. I actually got it to work - set up camera2 to have a third person view - changed the settings to encompass the entire field of view, and installed OBS through steam. was able to record a video and it looks great.
